Who I am and what I do

I was born a Coeliac and with this came an extensive interest in nutrition and diet. I have always had to have a great knowledge of nutrition for my own health and found a passion for sharing that with others. My goal is to help everyone improve their overall health and lifestyle. Some of my areas of expertise are assisting with weight loss, helping with muscle gain or guiding those transitioning from amateur to professional sport status.

My experience I have made a name for myself by working with professional sports clubs, including but not exclusive to, London Scottish Rugby team, Barnsley FC and Crystal Palace Youth and Womens FC. I regularly work with specialised athletes such as WRC Rally drivers, 400m sprinters, female footballers and triathletes. As well as my work within sport, I have provided services to the NHS, private gyms and individual clients for the past 10 years.

My approach Nutrition is a completely personal goal, therefore a different solution for every person is required. I ensure every client is approached with the individuality, respect and patience they deserve. It is important to understand what each person is trying to achieve and provide plans that understand their situation holistically. I take an interest in body composition and teaching others on how to maintain changes on a long term basis. Overall my goal is to allow people to make lasting improvements, have an increased quality of life and most importantly provide them with knowledge that allows them to have ownership of their longterm health and wellbeing.
