Losing the baby weight

Elly was SO helpful in helping me lose the majority of the weight I had put on during a difficult pregnancy.I can definitively say that I would not be feeling as good as I do now without her help. Elly’s plans are so easy to follow and I never found myself feeling hungry. Her meals are balanced and super easy to make. Having a small baby, I was concerned about starting a meal plan because I was worried about prepping complicated meals etc. but I needn’t have been. Elly will work with you to suit your needs and requirements. Our requirements were that it needed to be easy / quick and able to make in batches so that we could minimise cooking. During the time with Elly I lost 10kg but have lost 17kg total and that would not have been possible without her help and guidance. I feel I have a handle now on portion sizes and how much I need to eat. If I ever need help in the future I will be going straight back to her!

Getting the definition

I had always trained hard at the gym and found I could put on muscle by eating a lot and training often, but I had always struggled to find that balance in my diet that allowed me to keep my muscle and lean up to get better definition. Elly wrote me a full tailored nutrition plan that fitted my lifestyle and routine, I was able to train even harder, eat well and managed to drop 3% body fat in the first 8 weeks. Elly was able to give me the recommendations on the best types of foods and how important timing was for my eating around training. Thank you Elly, I am beach body ready now!

Changing my diet

I initially started with Elly on 6 week programme where I was able to start a nutrition programme that helped me integrate new habits and allow me to make the changes I needed to start getting the weight off. Elly has been extremely helpful and encouraging in helping me to both lose weight (14 pounds to date) and improve my diet. Most importantly, she is tolerant and understanding in respect of my numerous weekend lapses! I continue to work with Elly on a monthly basis to get to my final end goal and make sure I keep these new habits for life.
